Tomato soup

Tomato soup will definitely stand out as the most popular soups. My recipes always differ depending on how much time I have on hand. This one is the recipe of a quick version of tomato soup.
Ingredients
1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
2-3 sticks of cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp of coriander/cummin powder
black pepper, sugar & salt to taste

Preparation
1. Heat butter in a pan, & add some cumin seeds. Let the seeds crackle & add cinnamon sticks & bay leaf.
2. Add red chilli & coriander powder to this butter & let them simmer for some seconds before you add tomato sauce. Add about 1/3 cup of water, salt, 1tsp of sugar & let this mixture boil.
3. Add some bread crumbs & cream to garnish before serving. Your quick soup is ready!

Try to fry things in ghee instead of butter.
Also recently I had tomato soup at a place which had medium sized chopped capsicum in it and it tasted very very good. Try that too!
