Marinade
-cut boneless chicken breast (2-3 pieces) in small cubes.
-make the marinade using curd, ginger.garlic pastse, red chilli powder, tandoori chicken masala, chicken tikka masala (shaan), salt
- marinade the chicken cubes for atleast 4-5 hours.
Masala preparation
- finely chop 3 good size onions, green chillies and saute them in in oil till golden brown (use non-stick pan). Remove and keep aside.
- chop 3 tomatoes and fry in the same oil and keep aside.
fry the chicken
- in the same pan sauté the marinated chicken pieces till the pieces start to stick a little to the pan.
- mix the onions, tomatoes and chicken in a big kadhai. Add a about 1 cup water. Add chicken masala, red chillies, salt as per taste.
- Add lots of dhania powder and fresh coriander.
- Cook on low heat for about 10-15 mins.
- transfer everything to a greased baking pan and bake at 350 for about 10-15 mins.
- set the oven to broil for a couple of mins before turning it off.
Garnish with cut pieces of green chillies.

yes it does look yummy! too bad i am a veggie :(
You should also consider putting clips of videos, I know it is difficult but I think it helps more. Lots of things which you forget writing are told by the actions... :D
But keep writing.. :D
By the way any reason why this is called chicken 420. Had only heard about chicken 65, though never figured out why it is called so. :D
No idea why it's called chicken 420 goli! i know videos shud be cool too! will try out next time.
