Salsa by VCD


Ingredients:
· 1 can (28 ounces) of peeled whole tomatoes
· 1 tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp coriander powder
· ½ tsp cumin powder
· 1 tsp salt (less if you prefer less salt)
· 2 jalapeno peppers (or less if you don’t want it hot)

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender & refrigerate the salsa all the time. Just add tomatoes from the can without adding any of the tomato juice (or else the salsa becomes watery). Any corn chips will taste as delicious with this homemade salsa.
